Hi, I’m Danielle, the founder and coach behind Elevate Fitness Studio.
I help adults build strength, restore mobility, and stay active for life through functional, personalized coaching. My approach is compassionate, realistic, and focused on movement that supports everyday life, not extreme workouts or quick fixes. I believe fitness should be encouraging, sustainable, and life-giving, and it’s an honor to walk alongside people as they rebuild confidence in their bodies and rediscover what they’re capable of at any age.

With decades in the fitness industry, I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding to every client I work with. My background includes personal training, group fitness, and clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation which allows me to meet people where they are and coach safely and effectively.

I Understand Setbacks
I’ve personally navigated major health challenges, including multiple surgeries and cancer treatment, and supported my husband through recovery after he experienced a cardiac arrest. I understand how physical setbacks affect confidence, energy, and motivation, and with that, I know progress is still possible.
